If you are happy with your order, that makes us happy. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

-The product cost will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus the shipping fee.

-Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both returns and exchanges.

-For orders outside Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.

-Discounted items, whether purchased using a promo code or during seasonal sales, are not eligible for return or exchange.

-If the returned item is not in its original condition, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund, and the customer will bear the shipping cost.
